RAPID CITY, S.D. – Lane closures will shift daily to allow for pavement smoothness grinding, joint sealing, pavement markings, and sign installation from 12th Street to Sheffer Street. This work is anticipated to be completed by the end of July. Landscaping, soil stabilization, miscellaneous work, and cleanup is taking place throughout the project as well.
Motorists are asked to be aware of suddenly slowing and merging traffic, changing work zone locations, reduced speeds through the work zone, and construction workers and equipment adjacent to the driving lanes.
